About Us
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Representative to manage and grow wholesale accounts across Southern England. This role combines relationship management with proactive new business development, ensuring that Masai is represented in the best independent boutiques and department stores.
You will report to the Head of International Sales and work closely with the UK team to deliver sales targets, provide exceptional service to retail partners, and strengthen Masai’s brand positioning in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts across Southern England
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in line with Masai’s brand values
- Present seasonal collections to buyers during appointments, trade shows, and on the road
- Build strong, long-term relationships with retail partners, acting as their key point of contact
- Monitor sales performance, analyse figures, and provide regular reporting to management
- Deliver training and brand support to retail partners to ensure strong sell-through
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the region
- Ensure all accounts reflect Masai’s premium brand standards in merchandising and presentation
- Collaborate with the wider UK and International sales teams on marketing initiatives, events, and showroom activities
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales role within fashion, ideally womenswear
- Strong wholesale background with proven ability to develop and manage accounts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Commercially minded with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a regional territory independently
- Confident hosting showroom appointments and trade fair meetings
- Passion for fashion, with an appreciation for Masai’s design ethos
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across Southern England
